financial statement preparation
Financial statement preparation can seem daunting if you have no background in accounting. We are here to help by providing this service to clients who need financials for banks or any other entity. We also provide compilation and review services, if needed.
payroll
Many clients trust us with their payroll needs. We will prepare the payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis and remit all taxes due to the state and federal government. We will also prepare any and all payroll tax related forms such as W-2’s, 941’s, 940, and SUTA reports.

When it comes to taxes, there is no one size fits all strategy, so we take to time to understand the needs of our clients and provide a plan that is unique to their circumstances.
financial statement reviews
We can help not only prepare your financial statements but also provide reviewed financial statements. These are typically required for contractors when applying for a license or renewal. Reviewed financial statements typically are more involved than compilations.
bookkeeping
We offer bookkeeping services for our clients as well. We typically use quickbooks to service our clients. This gives us the flexibility to provide reports or other information you may need timely. We can also help with sales tax, business tax, and any other tax related returns.
entity selection
Entity selection can be one of the most powerful tax planning strategies. We can help assist you when creating a new entity to maximize the tax benefits for your goals. We can also help restructure an existing entity if the structure no longer makes sense given the new tax laws and owner’s goals.
financial statement compilations
Our financial statement compilations typically consist of preparing your financial statements in a subscribed format. The most common formats are GAAP, tax-basis and cash-basis. Let us help if a bank or a governing board is requiring a third party to compile your financials.
